To clarify, I meant high number of people (rather than churn) - meaning lots of people around, and who will probably want to stick around for a shot at getting carry.

I wasn't aware that churn was high - but I imagine its related to just a lot of people meaning lower chance to progress up? 

Key sectors are probably business services, healthcare, consumer and tech. I agree more UK focused than European. 

 

I'd second the first comment in this thread. Broad range of sector exposure too, and the dealflow seems to be quite strong. The people there are a good and friendly bunch at least externally, and culture generally seems good, at least in my interactions with them.

Importantly, as you're at the start of your career, training is important, and Inflexion have always come across as organised around deal processes, which is what you want.
