Infra PE at SWF or Infra at BB IB

The SWF has around $10bn in infra where as the BB IB has a strong infra team but very sweaty
Work life balance is of importance so I am leaning towards SWF path. However the BB IB will have better comp, progression and more importantly optionality of PE and SWF/pension funds down the road where as I feel these may all be limited coming from SWF.
Long term I would want to be in the industry as an investor
