yeah, 2 years out through the usual HH suspects. One Search also specializes in Infra recruiting on the more as-needed basis for 2nd years

 

how broad a reach will HHs take when approaching banking analysts w/ regards to product / coverage groups?  for example, if an analyst in an industrials coverage group was interested in infra PE, would they naturally have HHs for infra PE reaching out to them at the same rate as general PE, or would they have to more actively put themselves in that spot as compared to someone in a more infra-related banking position?
