Infrastructure FoF

Infrastructure is a hot space to be in at the moment. Would love to hear thoughts on infrastructure FoF that invest across primaries , secondaries and co-investments - In terms of WLB / Comp / Exit opportunities

Given the niche focus and demand for talent  I would imagine opps would be quite good, without the gruelling hours of tradition mega infra funds (of course less pay)

The firm I work at has an infrastructure strategy that invests across primaries, secondaries and co-investments. Overall firm culture was relatively laid back with good WLB, but the Infra team seemed to be more intensive. WLB still probably better than a megafund, but the team seemed pretty busy, and always seemed to stay later than everyone else in the office. Can't really speak to exit opps / comp though.

Usually will work around 50+ hours a week, but will ramp if deadlines are tight. Occasional weekends if necessary. Ultimately I'm looking to move into a direct investing role however.
