Insight Partners - Associate Program
There's a fair amount of info on here about Insight's analyst programs, but not much about Associates. Have heard they have broadly two types of associates - sourcing people and a due diligence/portfolio mgmt role that looks more like an Associate at a buyout shop and does not involve sourcing. Could anyone provide some information on the DD/portfolio mgmt roles? Recruiting process? Comp? Promotion schedule? WLB? Quality of people?
