There is little visibility on the on-site/ diligence and growth strategy team. They only hire straight out of college with no summer internship. The work seems much more interesting and fulfilling than sourcing. What is the comp structure, is it the same as a sourcing analyst?

Heard generally good things about on-site. for low level positions comp is 6 figure base salary, minimum bonus, and small carry in each investment diligence that goes through. Higher level also gets returns from the main fund.
What is minimum bonus? 50%, 100%?
