Anyone have insight on what the FT recruiting process for Spectrum Equity and Insight Partners is like? Looking to switch into GE and these are two of my top choices. Already applied to Spectrum but am waiting to chat with a few people at Insight before I submit that. Thanks in advance!

heads up, Spectrum apparently doesn't have good comp. 100k all-in.
One of our interns (we don't do FT analyst) just got an offer from them last week, its $110K all-in (not amazing obviously but not sub-$100k...)
