Intern feeling miserable, what should I do?

Good morning everybody and happy long weekend to my US friends.

Currently I’m interning at a good regional (I’m EU based) asset management company in their private markets division.

I like what I’m doing but I don’t like the people I’m working with, they give me all the documents (Due diligences, balance sheets model, etc.) and they want me to prepare the whole credit memo without any kind help, and if I ask help all they say is that they will review my work thereafter. When they check my work they become mad cause, of course, I made some mistakes.

What should I do? Doesn’t feel right to me that an intern (3 month of working experience) is doing all the work alone without any guidance.

This is my fist job ever and this situation is making me question if finance is really my field (even if I really like to study the competitive environment, company’s fundamentals, BP, etc)
