Interview Prep: How to value IP not just WholeCo
Prepping for an interview and wondering if there's a specific way to value a media company acquiring IP (not assets or the WholeCo) -- any guidance would be much appreciated!
I am not a media expert, but I would like at it in the context of the stream of cashflows the IP can generate over its lifetime.
You can calculate a sort of NPV by assuming an IRR
