Investment Process and Memo Thoughts
We are re-evaluating our process to see if we can add best practices from other firms. I’m curious what everyone’s process looks like from IOI to LOI. What areas are dug into? Does your firm use some sort of a scoring system? How detailed is the write up? When do you bring in outsiders. Etc.
