Is it a desperate look to reach out to HHs who have ghosted you?

Was receiving lots of 2025 opportunities / looks all through-out May and early June, then all of a sudden my inbox dried up. I had turned down a lot of them as they did not fit my search criteria (I'm looking for industrial focused buy-out roles not in NYC).

Thinking about reaching out to the HHs and just being like, "Hey, I am still here looking. Is there anything that fits my profile that has come across your desk recently?"

Is that advisable or does that come across as desperate? Understand that 2026 just kicked off so they are likely busy with that but it is just odd that all HHs completely ceased sending me looks all at the same time.

Talking about CPI, HSP, Amity, Gold Coast, etc... they all stopped sending within a week of each other.
