Is it possible to create somewhat more compressible data for retail, PE, VC and M&A investors on specific companies and deals they are researching?

I would like to know if its possible to build something more contextual data for retail investors or institutions who can take advantage data analytics , and big data in order to make better investment decisions with help of technology . I know P.E , V.C and M&A and even retail investors has different skillsets for different purposes . so my focus it would be possible if you want to improve or empower investors about investment decisions with data if so what kind of data would be helpful or process ?
