IT Management to PE
I'm currently director level in IT at a Fortune 500 insurance company. I'm involved in lots of m&A activity at my company as well as digital transformations and cost cutting measures as it relates to IT. I've always wanted to get into PE or IB. I'm late 30's, been in senior IT management for the past 10 years and in IT total for 20z have an MBA for UT Dallas and was in the military for 11 years. Any suggestion or advice on what I can do to make this dream a reality would be greatly appreciated.
