Ran a process recently with both included. Very impressed by both & similar styles of investing.
Any specific reason to go for JMI DC over SD?
Anecdotal, but I hear seniors are way more intense in JMI SD / Spectrum Boston. Culture is significantly more collegial and relaxed in JMI DC / Spectrum SF

Check out retention before joining any firm. One of these places I think is terrible to work at. No learning and basically rewards just trading leads.
