Job not working out, is that common?
Long story short, I've joined a PE firm almost 2 years ago, and I think it's not working out for me. It's mostly the chemistry. Is that common? Aside from recruiting, what are common recovery steps?
Thanks

What size of PE firm are you at? For smaller PE firms the culture can vary a lot. If you like the role but not the people then really need to do your diligence on other PE firms.
Recruiters in general will listen but it’s still up to you to do the diligence.
