Just got the invite to the KKR Diversity Program for 2022, anyone have any insight into this program or if this fast-tracks us for interviews?

Was this a feeder for summer 2022 and invite only? Or was there an open application?
I attended last year and I am not sure if it was invite only or not there where a lot of people but, maybe they just casted a wide net.
I got an interview with them but not through the event. They had like a form but most people never heard back if they didn’t apply early. That being said, I know people who did get offers but they mainly had some sort of relevant experience like BB IB sophomore summer.
What was the interview process like if you don't mind me asking?
does everyone get interviews?
Program's super long. Does anyone know if doing this will guarantee interviews?
