Have the model test tomorrow - has anyone gone through / is going through the same test? Would be willing to exchange notes on how recruitment is going if helpful and swap intel.
Heard the model test is extremely hard (it's 75 minutes so unsure what they can even throw at you) so any color is appreciated.

Recruited at KPS and their modeling test was the worst one I did. Not necessarily hard, but probably more on the advanced side than others. What makes it bad is the time crunch and that you have to rip all the numbers from pdf. So ass.
Thanks. Any particular reason other than time crunch or pdf? Was there a dividend debt recap or PIK or add-on you had to account for?
I believe there was PIK debt and you had to find covenant headroom. Also the revolver is sized off working capital
Also, did the PDF contain assumptions?
