L Catterton Case?
Is anyone familiar with the format of L Catterton’s timed and proctored case study run by Opus. I believe it’s 90-120 minutes in length, but not sure what to expect in that time frame other than a straightforward 3 statement build from scratch with some multiple tranches of debt (including revolver). Any insight would be appreciated
Did it back in October. It's a pretty straightforward LBO. Weirdest part honestly was using the Opus excel file that had a macro that self destructed the model test.

Template but it was barely filled out if I recall correctly. There is also an extra credit where you contemplate the S&U of the transaction if there was rollover or something like that. Good luck!

Hey - any chance you can share the nuances if any of the modeling test.... were there any cap structure nuances such as mgmt rollover / options; did you have to do a dcf as well; was there a dividend recap?

Don’t do it. Heard it’s a terrible experience. Old college works there now and after 3 years continues to have 3:00AMs and often cancels weekend plans
