Lateralling from MM to MF in the UK/Europe

Compared to lateralling from an MF to an MM (on account of no Asso promotion), how common/difficult is it to lateral from an MM to an MF in the UK? How relatively common/difficult is it to lateral from an infrastructure fund into PE (especially MM/UMM), as compared with lateralling from a BB/EB? Also, how common is it to lateral from a private credit fund or real estate fund into PE in UK, as compared to lateralling from banking? PS: Unrelated: how many people have ever succeeded in attaining Addict/Pro status on WSO (> 50k bananas)?
