Hi,
If a PE firm acquires say 70% (control) but not 100% of a company, how would this be shown in the S&U? Would you simply take the 70% multiplied by the implied offer EV to get total purchase price in uses?

Your purchase price is still the same but you include seller roll (or whatever it is) on the sources side.
