some of this is quite straight forward i think which u can figure out

goodwill:

purchase price of equity = purchase equity row in entry valuation

TBV of equity = link to balance sheet equity 

Allocable purchase premium = purchase equity - tbv equity

write up of ppe: 15% * allocable purchase premium

write up of intangibles: 30% * allocable purchase premium

allocable purchase premium - write ups = goodwill created

DTL = write ups * tax rate

goodwill post dtl = goodwill + dtl

btw if u have existing DTL u need to substract it from "Goodwill Created" since it gets wiped out and replaced with the new one u created from the writeups
