2nd year BB IB coverage analyst here. I am interviewing with Lexington Partners & HarborVest (both PE secondaries investment) for Summer 2023.
Has anyone have any insight on their case study (2-hour LBO)? I read through previous WSO posts on PE secondaries, Hamilton Lane, other competitors etc but couldn't find anything useful. Thanks!

Went through the process with Lexington and it was a 2 hour LBO from scratch on a public company and you were given 10k and 10Q. You have to build a 3 statement model with a full blown balance sheet. Also asked for downside case toggles. Pretty tight timeframe so I thought it was hard.
