They're a solid shop. Focus exclusively on healthcare (which I'm sure you already know), and their partners generally seem to be smart and have expert knowledge around the respective sub-sectors that they cover within healthcare. I found their strategy interesting in that, for companies they like and want to back, they will be opportunistic in terms of how they invest and which asset class they invest into. If they really like Company ABC but ultimately lose the sale process to a different sponsor, they will work to engineer their way into the deal (and are willing to be creative), e.g., by offering preferred equity to the sponsor, taking a minority share in the equity, etc. Their returns must be really good, too, at least based on the handful of deals they've done that I have insight into.
