Lmm Pe associates. Does your firm offer you 401k options?
Curious to know if lower middle market firms offer 401k packages / matching to their employees. Especially smaller firms where there are <15 investment professionals. If not, what do you do with the money you would have saved in the 401k.
We get a 401k plan, but no matching (10 Investment Professionals)
Could you comment on the general size of your fund?
It's a ~$500M fund with fewer than 10 investment professionals. We do get free coinvest (no limit) with up to 120% leverage on your equity commitment
I have 401k with matching and right around the 10-15 investment professionals mark. LMM fund.
