Received an offer to join a MM PE fund in london as a 1st year analyst (have 1 yr IB exp).
Offer is £60k base + %70 bonus.
Fund has a good track record, I like the folk and the WLB would be better than my bank. Is this a fair offer / market comp? Seems a tad light to me.
