Has anyone done a modelling test for Oaktree recently (2020-2023) ? I'm wondering if someone could share some insights about the structure and what to expect. It would be for a new hire joining either their OPPS or ROF funds.

Yes, I did. It was quite vanilla to be honest. They just test the fundamentals of Excel formulae, nothing too crazy. The only challenge is the time constraint: you've got 2h to do 7 exercises and build a levered CF.
