Low Multiple Bolt-ons, High Multiple Platforms?

I've recently found a few interesting verticals that are fragmented, trading a relatively low multiples, and the public comps trade a 3x-4x the multiple of what regional private cos are selling. Specifically, home healthcare and infrastructure services (specialty maintenance/construction). The bread and butter of the consolidation/rollup strategy has allows been stitching together a platform with a couple regionals and then acquiring a handful of bolt-ons to get that multiple flip.

It would be good to hear if someone has ideas on other interesting verticals that are ripe for consolidation?
