Lower MM PE Comp
Hi all - hoping to get some thoughts on lower MM (AUM $250mm) PE compensation at the associate and senior associate levels. A bit of info on the firm - lean team (3 MDs, 1 principal, 1 VP, 1 Sr. Associate & 1 Associate), high cost of living area, raised second fund, making several investments per year (not a "lifestyle" fund), potentially a small carry amount for associate level (100bps).
What range of cash comp (base + bonus) can be expected at the Associate and Senior Associate levels? I appreciate any input, either anecdotal or (especially) compensation report data.
130-170 all in for Associate = 200 for Sr Associate maybe?
