Base bomp is in USD terms 150k USD with bonus up to 100% (so 300k all-in), no carry.
Principals / VPs make about 500k all-in, although also no carry at that level
Does that include housing allowance as well? Or is 300k just base + bonus?
Have you interviewed with them?
Hey do you remember what they quoted you in AED by the way? I have had some recruiters quote me 500k USD only to learn later in that process that the number is "adjusted for US level taxation". Since UAE is tax free salary, 500k USD essentially ended up being around 275k all-in.
