Management Meeting Dynamic

Curious to hear what everyone’s management meeting dynamic looks like, specifically with respect to who is taking up most of the air time from your team.

For example, is it mainly the Partner on the file that poses questions / engages the discussion, with Associates chiming in occasionally (10-20% of time)? Is it the opposite?

My experience has been mixed. If a Partner really likes a deal I find he will take up most of the air time, which can be incredibly frustrating. Curious to hear how this experience compares.
