MF PE Analyst Programs

I'm a sophomore at T10 + HF/PE for sophomore summer + GS/CVP/EVR and am considering MF PE

I know Warburg Bain Vista run solid programs + FT analyst recruiting, but what about Blackstone KKR Silver Lake? Any other top investing programs as well that recruit only FT (I know some places like GA only hire within their summer analyst class)?

MFPE analyst programs are far more unstructured then post-IB unstructured programs so it's the most "it depends (on the year, situation with SAs, etc.)" answer that you can legitimately get that's not bs. I would operate under the assumption that all the firms are recruiting full-time post junior year IB summer and it's up to you to (a) get into these recruiting processes / on these firm radars and (b) make yourself attractive enough to be chosen.

How do i stay on the radar of these firms (like SLP which technically doesn't have an official analyst program)? Do I just reach out, or is that too direct?

Have heard that BDT & MSD Partners runs a good analyst program. Don't 100% get the whole merchant banking aspect but they're currently investing out of their $14B 2024 flagship PE fundraise which is notably bigger than some UMMs/MFs

Not a MF however on the larger side of MM firms - audax runs a PE analyst program in BOS/SF. Lots of junior attrition so have seen a few FT analyst hires from outside the summer analyst program.
