What type of investments do firms like mid ocean partners credit fund invest in? Besides from the CLO, they also have a industry focus arm that invest across the different debt tranche, so what type of debt are they investing in? Given that they focus on middle market lending is that the same as a direct lender or BDC? I know they have a very strong private equity brand, but what are the exit oops coming from the credit fund？
