I'm interested in joining an infrastructure fund and am having a bit of a hard time comparing apples to apples from IB/traditional PE to infrastructure PE. For a Middle Market infrastructure fund (let's say $2 billion current fund size), what sort of comp structures are common for first-year associates? How would this compare to an infrastructure MF?
