Can anyone provide insight into desirability, comp, career progression at some of the newer MM funds silo’ed within large cap sponsors? E.g. Thoma Discover, Vista Foundation / Endeavor, saw Veritas raised one, Vantage, recently as well. Curious to hear people’s thoughts and if you’re considered a second tier citizen in one of these funds.
