MM PE interview
hi everyone, I have an summer internship interview with a small PE firm in the U.K. I’ll be interviewing with both the head of origination and head of investor relations, and I don’t have any knowledge in these areas. is there anything you’d recommend I look into to have a good chance? tia

Is it an investment analyst internship role? If yes, then I would highly advise you to study 1) what PE firms actually do, 2) how they source their investments (what are some characteristics of a good investment?), 3) how they create value and exit, 4) Valuation stuff (focus on LBO), 5) Specific things about that PE firm (their strategy, current holdings etc.)
