Hey yall - coming up on being a 2nd year analyst at a LMM shop in Chicago. Have been on a couple live deals and really gearing up in terms of modeling and working as an associate. How do I go about recruiting to be an associate? Do I contact the usual headhunters as they aren’t reaching out to me? What does this process look like? Would be fine with most MM NYC shops.
