MS Capital Partners 2026

Saw they just raised a $3B+ fund and is 60% bigger than the last fund with top quartile performance. What is the trajectory moving forward, will they move up-market to compete against UMM/MF?

What does comp or culture look like and upward mobility? Think someone mentioned 280 for ASO1 a few years ago wondering if that has improved

Saw in another thread that associates have gone on to Warburg, Crestview, Apax, Veritas. Is this purely based on MS brand name given that most of the latter funds (ex Crestview) play more up-market?

What is above street? Their fund is >$3bn so can expect close to 300?
