Would be curious to hear others as well. Seems like one of the more organized/established family offices. Pace of investments isn't crazy from what I've seen announced.
The co-head of GS Investment Banking just left to join MSD as CEO. He is awesome and cultivated a great culture within the division, especially with everyone WFH for the past year. So I'd be bullish on culture at MSD.

Can you expand on how he cultivated a great culture during WFH and in general? I know a few ppl at GS who are miserable pulling 100 hours every single week since WFH... genuinely curious to hear another perspective
