Pretty small, honestly. A few decent LMM funds, especially in healthcare and mezz lending, but mostly satellite offices.
Cressey is probably the biggest name I know of with an office there, but I think all the associates go through Chicago. Pharos Capital has at least some associates there but is based out of Dallas. Gen Cap, LFM, and Petra are the ones I’ve heard of that are based there - all pretty small (~$200M funds, give or take), but have each raised multiple funds, so could be decent options if you know you want to be in Nashville
What are the mezz lending shops in Nashville?
Edit: Claritas Capital, Courage Capital Management (Special Situations), Capital Alignment Partners, Capital Spring, Resolute Capital Partners, and Harbert Management Corporation are a few that I found that are located in Nashville
