NEA Office Locations? Are some back-office supoort functions?

Hi saw that New Enterprise Associates have two offices in Maryland, one in Chevy Chase and one in Timonium. Do these offices have investment professionals or are they back-office support functions? Based on linkedin searches, looks like most associates are situated in SF or NYC but I want to land in MD. As a side question, who is their HH?
