Need help deciding on an offer …

Hi all,

Currently a Lev Fin analyst at a BB.

I've been interviewing for the past couple of months and have been lucky enough to earn 3 offers:

-Corp Dev @ Late-Stage Startup (AI/ML) -Investment Research - Tech Sector @ BB -Associate at a startup growth equity fund (tech & fintech focused)

I did start off trying to recruit for PE/PC and got close to an offer, but did some reflection and realized PE/PC probably isn't really a great fit for me.

Basically I need to make a decision and am honestly not too sure what direction to go in all offers are different in nature. They're all great offers and I like the teams, which is why I'm conflicted. Not too hung up on comp as comp ranges for all we're on par with what I was expecting/asking for.

Asking for insight into differences between exit ops/ day to day life and the real value add one gets from being in these roles (especially as I plan on applying to B-school in next year or two). Would be easier if I had a concrete idea of what I want to do post-banking, but the reality is I don't. Any insight is appreciated!
