New York City VCs.
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone in this forum knows of some VCs in NYC that are focusing in the health care or health tech space? A friend of mine is starting a health tech company and they are looking to make contact with some VCs in the area.

There are plenty, but if they are first time entrepreneurs and very early stage, VC is probably a stretch at this point.
I'd recommend they look into Blueprint Health, which is a health tech accelerator in NYC. They have relationships with most of the HC VCs. Typically, companies raise money from friends/family and angel investors before they are ready for VC.
