Non-local language mainland Europe offices
Hey,
I'm just curious, which out of the following firms have offices in mainland Europe that do not require local language skills (e.g. Milan office doesnt require Italian).
Funds: KKR, Advent, CVC, EQT, Cinven, Warburg Pincus, Astorg, Waterland, Mutares, BC Partners, PAI, Ardian, Partners Group, Hg, Carlyle, Bridgepoint, 3i, Triton, Tikehau, IK Partners.
If I missed any notable funds, please let me know!
Based on the most helpful WSO content, many funds operating in mainland Europe typically require local language skills for their offices, especially in countries like Italy, France, and Germany. General advice:
If you're targeting roles without local language requirements, focusing on funds with centralized decision-making in London or those with a global mandate is your best bet.
