Pay is absolutely terrible. Culture is okay. Deal flow is good.
From what I've heard great internship experience. You learn a lot if it's your first. don't know much about comp. Culture is good. This is for MTL office. OCR posting out for a while already
Pay isn't too great, culture is decent. Several interns have gone on to place in other top roles, including within the US.
What is the pay like for juniors if you know?
Heard its pretty ass. Sub C$150k for Associates so like $100k for analysts probably
I heard they have a great culture, but you will unlikely get a return offer from SA

All their funds do pretty well, but their FS fund is more concentrated and has performed very well.
