I’m in my first year at an MBB (started in August) and recently decided I want to peruse a PE offer. I’m still hearing from headhunters occasionally, but not as frequently as a couple months ago.
Will there still be a significant amount of offers made this off-cycle season? Or would I be better off waiting until on cycle at this point? (For context, I would be fine spending a 3rd year in consulting).
