Off the wall strategies

Big fan of hairy strategies. Just had a call with a GP that has exclusively been investing in U.S. water related infrastructure for 20 years. Returns are solid. Super niche - got a mild chubby from it. What crazy strategies have you seen?

Some HF was willing to fund the guy who wanted to search the dump where he thought his BTC wallet with $100mm in it wound up (not really a strategy but still)
