Olayan Group

Hi guys,

Can someone give me thoughts on this group? Are they well regarded within the market? What would comp be like? What's their investment strategy etc?

They seem to be a behemoth but I have never heard of them.

Thanks!

One of oldest and most reputable family offices from SA. Have interacted with them slightly, wouldn’t necessarily say it’d be somewhere recommended to go work but respectable group and have big presence in Europe as well.

Not sure the nature of your role there/what you are currently doing/career goals, obviously a great group that sees a lot and has great reputation. More speaking to if you’re weighing this versus a direct role in US, hard to argue it’d be a better place. Assuming you’re not a Saudi national either, not as bad as SWFs in that regard but still uphill battle you may face. But as mentioned, they’re in the center of many things given the run to Saudi and then being really the biggest FO so they’re seeing everything.
