These guys are grade A losers. All the pretentiousness and none of the talent. A senior guy left there a while back to join Leonard Green as well. I would avoid unless you are desperate. Better comp and work/life in Toronto
Have spoken with a few folks there, they focus on old economy-esque businesses in the North American middle market (good amount of deals are CAD focused).
Overall, I found the folks to be decent (a little bit more on the nerdy side). Hours are better than Onex but pay is also lower (would assume around 200-250k all-in first year).
