Opinions on List of Transfer Schools for Real Estate Private Equity

I'm currently a sophomore at a CC in California and plan to major in finance when I transfer to a four year with hopes of landing a real estate acquisitions analyst role out of undergrad at a mm or lbb real estate private equity firm. In no particular order: USC Marshall, NYU Stern, Fordham Gabelli, Boston College Carroll, Boston University Questrom, UT Austin McCombs, Southern Methodist University Cox, UC Berkeley, Santa Clara University Leavey. I'm aware of how important location is for CRE and believe these would all offer decent if not great networks while still being in relevant regions. Additionally, I've filtered out schools that don't offer a proper undergraduate finance degree (only offer econ) because I'd prefer to learn practical skills although I may have to learn real estate specific modeling etc. on my own. I'm curious about the fit of these schools as well as whether or not I'm missing any.
