Ops Focussed PE?

Does anyone have any thoughts on good operations focussed funds? I.e. ones where you get good exposure to management / strategy (and hopefully some input).

Any Australia specific recommendations / colour would be greatly appreciated but appreciate that’s niche.

Would be keen to hear any general feedback on the space - understand that it can probably be quite tedious day to day in reality.

For context, I’m an IBD Associate (v junior) and don’t have a consulting background
